This park is located along the Muara-Tutong Highway, only about 10km from Bandar Seri Begawan. 

The aggregate area of the forest reserve within the Park is about 199 hectares.You could see the replicas of pitcher plants at the entrance.

The area consists mainly of kerangas forest and a number of unique and interesting species of trees such as the Rurunang(Casuraina) and Selunsor(Tristania species.)

Besides this green forest, you could possibly spotted wild life (primates) along the street of park entrance.

 

At the park, you can witness the sun-dappled pathways meander past sheltered picnic spots and barbeque facilities.

 

 

Berakas beach though it is a very scenic beach,I could see some parts undergoing erosion.

this beach has been known for the pristine golden sandy beach,clear water with sparkling ocean view.

 

  

Pantai Meragang-one of the best beach in Brunei

  Pantai Meragang is one of the best pristine beach in Brunei.Near the Jalan Meragang junction off the highway to Muara lies Meragang Beach,the native has it called Crocodile Beach for sometimes.

 Well,it's just a name, you’ll encounter no such creature along this peaceful, golden sandy beach,only a warm sea breeze, a brilliant sunset or a double rainbow.

I would really hope that the government will preserve this beach and let it remain undisturbed for more years to come.

 

Enjoy the seaside walk,beach sport activity like beach car convoy,or rather just sunbathing,

picnics, barbeques, camping and water sports such as Water Ski, Jet Ski.

Pantai Jerudong a sight seeing

Pantai Jerudong is facing the South China Sea.It has been the centre for fishermen who seriuosly engaged in fishing activity,this is the place where they keep their boats offshore & onshore.

We are able to see there are plenty of fishing boats here.

 

 For those who seeks for ocean view or just want to hang out,this is the place.

 

This is the Pasar Ikan Jerudong situated near Jerudong beach area.

The good thing is all fishes sold here are really fresh brought from the sea.

We can also see gerai buah & sayur (veggie & fruit stalls) nearby area.

The casuarina & coconut trees gently sway against the breeze.

I could not believe Jerudong beach has the beautiful sunset view.
