Taman Peranginan Pantai Serasa-a haven for water sports in Brunei

Serasa Beach is a haven for water sports lover and beach-goers.Peranginan Pantai Serasa or Serasa Recreational Beach is located at Jalan Serasa,which is about 10-minute drive from Pekan Muara.

Facilities in the Serasa Recreational Beach:
  • Serasa Watersports Complex provides comprehensive facilities for sporting and recreational activities that are up to international competition level standards, including jet skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, regatta sailing, power boat racing, aqua sports training and water skiing.
  • Royal Brunei Yacht Club situated on Serasa spit comes very much into its own over weekends and holidays.It is an open-air stilt-house design, with a private beach area. Families enjoy the informal atmosphere of the open air restaurant with variable menu including seafoods.Facilities for members include, an open air swimming pool,a children’s play area,boating activity,full shower and changing facilities,An air conditioned room with large-screen TV and a small library of books.These facilities are only available for non-member or member at some costs.
  • This beach is well-facilitated with huts for picnic and bbq,resting huts that could offer shade,toilets,street stalls selling fresh foods,fresh fruit & fish,handicrafts,pets,etc.All these can be found along the beach.These facilites can be used by anyone at no charge.

At the south-eastern end of Serasa Beach has the best lookout at Brunei Bay,
especially on a very clear weather and bright day one could see scenic view of hills in Lawas,
Selirong Forest reserve in Temburong   (farthest to the most left).

Also never miss to see Pulau Muara Besar from Pantai Serasa.
At southern end of Pantai Serasa,a panoramic view Mt.Kinabalu & Mt Trusmadi in Sabah could be visible during a very clear weather.
